Uplift Nature Reserve is a large nature park and a zoo, located on an artificial island next to the city of New Mombasa, Kenya, Earth. It was funded by New Mombasa Uplift, the company responsible for managing the Mombasa Tether. Apart from the Tsavo National Park, Uplift Nature Reserve was the largest wildlife reserve east of Nairobi, and one of the most renowned nature reserves in the world. Uplift Reserve, like all other parks in the city, was under jurisdiction of New Mombasa Parks and Recreation.

All our cheese is made in small batches, artisan form, with the bare minimum of main ingredients: milk, salt, rennet. We use no additives or preservatives, so our cheeses are not only better tasting, but healthier. Our goal is not to make or sell the most cheese, but to produce the best tasting, highest quality cheese.
Our mission is to "Keep it Natural." We strive to raise cage-free brown eggs, pastured poultry, all-natural pork, and grass finished beef. Animal welfare is the utmost goal of the farm. Our livestock are proudly raised under the "Animal Welfare Approved" standards.
