The oil seed processor is the centerpiece for this business model, and will

1. recruit and pay a premium price to growers who provide specific commodities that are grown using organic or best practice methods;

2. process the seed to food grade oil;

This is an early stage concept of developing an urban dairy heifer or jersey / beef cross nursery to post weaning unit in a vacant industrial facility. These animals would be targeted to populate expansion farms in NEO / W. PA. Urban jobs are a priority and many specialty crop and aquaculture projects are linking to workforce development and programs for troubled youth / adults. Why not livestock too?

The birds are carefully raised on local farms and gently nourished by fresh air and sunshine. The farming methods are completely sustainable, integrating a beautiful cycle of animals and crops. The poultry is fresh and lean, bursting with delicious flavor and juices, vitamins and minerals.
